Yeast Abiotic-Stress Resistance Gene Screening Vector Kit
Catalog Number
RY8013
Notes on usage:
Refrigeration: After the primers are dissolved, store the entire quality Abiotic-Stress Resistance Gene Screening kit in a refrigerator at 4 degrees Celsius to ensure that the kit and samples are in a stable low-temperature environment to prevent denaturation and degradation of the reagents.
Avoid frequent opening: Try to avoid opening the reagent kit frequently. Take out the required reagents and put them back into the refrigerator as soon as possible to reduce the possibility of reagents being contaminated by external contamination and air oxidation.
Strictly control the temperature: ensure the refrigerator temperature is stable and avoid temperature fluctuations to maintain the stability and activity of the reagents.
Regular inspection: Regularly check the quality and status of each reagent in the set. If any abnormality or expiration is found, replace it in time or take corresponding measures.
For long-term storage, it is recommended to prepare a glycerol stock (in 15% glycerol) for the activated strain and store it at –80°C.
The above tips can help maintain the quality and stability of the reagents in the Yeast Abiotic-Stress Resistance Gene Screening Vector Kit, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of experimental results.
Product Description
Saccharomyces cerevisiae belongs to eukaryotes, which is closer to the expression system of plants and animals. This expression system includes the following processes: glycosylation, disulfide bond formation, and Post-translational modification of protein folding. Therefore, the protein encoded by the plant gene screened out by the yeast system can function normally, and the false positive probability of multiple resistance genes is greatly reduced. The resistance-related genes were screened from the whole genome through the resistance gradient experiment, and the screening results were analyzed by bioinformatics to classify the resistance genes.
