Storage precautions::
1. Transported at room temperature, it is recommended to activate the strains on the YPDA medium immediately after receiving the advanced yeast two hybrid system.
2. Temperature storage: Dissolve primers and store at 4°C. For long-term storage, it is recommended to prepare a glycerol stock solution (15% glycerol) of the activated strain and store it at –80°C.
3. Light-proof storage: Avoid direct sunlight exposure. The suit should be stored in a cool and dry place. It is best to use a light-shielding bag or box for protection.
4. Moisture-proof measures: Keep the suit away from humid environments to avoid contamination or degradation of the carrier caused by moisture.
