Pull down MS
Service Description
Pull-down MS is a combination of two techniques used to study protein-protein interactions;
Pull down: A technique that uses a “bait” molecule to specifically “fish out” interacting “prey” molecules—either directly or indirectly—from complex biological samples, such as cell lysates.
MS (Mass Spectrometry): Utilizing mass spectrometry techniques to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the captured “prey", thereby identifying novel interacting proteins.

Application Areas
Protein interaction screening and drug target discovery.
Technical Advantages
High sensitivity: capable of detecting low-abundance interacting proteins;
High coverage: simultaneously identify hundreds of potential interacting proteins in a single experiment;
Highly flexible: suitable for experimental designs involving various tagging systems (GST, His, MBP, etc.);
Professional analysis: Provides in-depth bioinformatics interpretation (including differential protein screening, expression pattern clustering analysis, interaction network analysis, etc.).

Case Show
Protein expression in prokaryotes
Select the correct cloned samples that have been saved and examine the expression of the target protein. The results show that the target protein was successfully expressed.
